A little clarity.

Will it work with my stairs?

The current kit is for two straight steps between stringers, at least 650 mm wide. The guided checks compare widths, heights, depths and overhangs. Turning stairs and inconsistent readings need a separate review; the illustration alone is not a guarantee of suitability.

Do I take the old steps out to measure?

No. Lift the carpet and underlay only. Measure the bare stair surfaces as shown. Your fitter removes the two old steps during installation.

Can I fit it myself?

We recommend a professional carpenter. The kit is not intended as a DIY project. Your fitter checks the existing stairs, fixing points and clearance before fitting.

How long does delivery take?

We are planning around four weeks from an accepted order. That is an estimate, not a confirmed delivery promise. Delivery cost and any fitting date will be confirmed separately.

What happens after I enter my details?

In this demonstration, you can save a test order using made-up details. No payment is taken, no appointment is booked and nothing is manufactured. Secure payment and live availability will be connected before launch.
