Does your neighbour have the same staircase?
New-build estates often repeat the same house type. Two suitable nearby homes are £349 each and three are £299 each when fitted on one agreed day. Every staircase is checked first and the group price is confirmed before booking.
How paying works
No deposit
You pay nothing up front. The stair check is free, the written quote is free, and you only pay once the storage is fitted and working. If we look at your staircase and it is not suitable, we say so and leave, and it has cost you nothing but the time.
Card payment on the day
Payment is by card once the work is finished, handled through Stripe. Where Stripe offers it to you, Klarna is available at the checkout if you would rather spread the cost. Eligibility for that is decided by Klarna, not by us.
Changing or cancelling
Plans change and that is fine. Please give us about 72 hours' notice if you need to move or cancel a fitting date, so the slot can go to somebody else. There is no cancellation fee. None of this affects your legal cancellation rights as a consumer.
