The builder plan gives us clues about this staircase. It cannot confirm the space beneath the stairs in your particular home or how much could fit. Start a free check and we will look at your own layout before confirming suitability.
The builder drawing suggests the position and basic dimensions of the stairs. It is useful for asking the right questions, but does not reveal every wall, cupboard or fitting under your own flight.
A front photo helps us see the bottom steps and any banister. A cupboard, side or underside view helps us assess what space is usable. If you do not have photos now, send your details and we will guide you later. A short arranged video check is another option.
Where suitable, the two steps above the fixed lowest step lift as one piece with your carpet on top. We explain what is possible for your home after the check.
Is it shoes by the door, school bags or the everyday pile? Tell us what you would like to put away. We can then discuss whether your own staircase could help and what would remain easy to reach.
Start with your name, email and postcode. We will reply personally, explain which photos would help, or arrange a short video check if that is easier.
After checking suitability and likely usable space, we can send a written quote and genuinely workable fitting availability. There is no obligation to book.
The Maidstone builder plan gives us a starting point, but a house-type name cannot confirm suitability. Plots and later alterations can differ. Start a free check and we will tell you which views of your own staircase we need before arranging a fitting.
A floor plan cannot reliably show the usable height, partitions or fittings beneath your own stairs. A front view and a cupboard, side or underside view help us assess the space and discuss what you might gain.
There is no reliable pair count from a house plan alone. The answer depends on your actual staircase and what you want to store. We explain the likely usable space after checking your home.
A suitable standard staircase is £399 fitted, with a five-year guarantee on the installation and hardware we fit. If extra work is needed, we explain and agree the cost first. The stair check is free and there is no deposit.

Send your postcode and details. We'll reply to ask for a few simple staircase photos.
