The builder drawing suggests the position and basic dimensions of the stairs. It is useful for asking the right questions, but does not reveal every wall, cupboard or fitting under your own flight.
A front photo helps us see the bottom steps and any banister. A cupboard, side or underside view helps us assess what space is usable. If you do not have photos now, send your details and we will guide you later. A short arranged video check is another option.
